Shipping Information

  • Where do we ship?
    We deliver to Spain, France, Portugal, Germany, Luxembuerg and Belgium.
    If you are interested in delivery to another European Union country, please request a quote and we will study your case individually.
  • Minimum order
    The minimum order is 10 m². Shipping smaller quantities carries a high risk of breakage during transport. For this reason, we do not accept or process orders under this minimum.
  • Special pieces
    We do not ship special pieces alone, as the risk of damage during transport is high. To order special pieces, please always include them with a main order of tiles or flooring.
  • Delivery time
    If all items in your order are from a single manufacturer and in stock, your order will arrive within a maximum of 7-10 working days. Only the products marked with the "Stock" logo can be collected immediately from our warehouse or will be shipped within the previously indicated timeframe.

  • If your order includes products from more than one manufacturer, we first receive all items at our warehouse and then send them together in one shipment. In this case, the delivery time will be 2-3 weeks.
    If your order includes special pieces, please add 1 additional week to the stated delivery time.
    All deliveries are made kerbside at the address provided, always that the address is accessible with a semi-trailer or a truck 19TN minimum (depending on the volume of your order), and moreover there are no weight limitations and access by the Town Hall. In this case, it would be necessary to take into account and request the additional cost to deliver with a special vehicle, and pay it to be delivered.

  • Products that are in stock at our warehouse are marked with a stock logo on our website.
  • Shipping costs
    The shipping cost is calculated automatically during the purchase process according to the total order weight and the delivery post code.
  • Customs, taxes and duties
    VAT is included in the price displayed throughout the purchase process. If your region applies additional local taxes, these will be calculated separately and must be paid by the customer.
  • Changing the delivery address
    If your order has not yet been dispatched or entered into production, we can change the delivery address. For any changes, please write to info@matcarrelage.com. Once the order has left our warehouse, it will not be possible to change the address.
  • Request an invoice
    To request your invoice, please send an email to info@matcarrelage.com. Your invoice will be sent at the end of the month in which your order is shipped.
