The Paris collection by Vives interprets the natural elegance of travertine through a complete porcelain stoneware range designed to create coordinated floors and walls in interiors, exteriors, bathrooms, kitchens, terraces, swimming pools and commercial projects. Its design reproduces the linear structure, mineral variation and calm depth of this stone, adapting them to a contemporary collection available in numerous formats, thicknesses and finishes.
Paris is available in Blanco and Natural. Blanco offers a bright, soft and refined interpretation, particularly suitable for spaces where visual openness and pale architecture are required. Natural recovers the beige, cream and sandy shades more closely associated with traditional travertine, introducing a warmer atmosphere and a natural connection with stone, timber and Mediterranean-inspired materials.
The breadth of formats is one of the main strengths of the collection. Paris is available in square, rectangular and large-format sizes, as well as a 20 mm outdoor version. This variety makes it possible to adapt the scale of the tile to each space, coordinate different areas and develop complete projects without abandoning the same stone effect.
The collection includes 29.3x29.3 cm, 30x30 cm, 29.3x59.3 cm, 30x60 cm, 60x120 cm and 80x180 cm formats. Paris XTRA 60x120 cm, manufactured with a 20 mm thickness for outdoor applications, completes the range. Each size changes the way the graphic is perceived and allows the travertine effect to be used in spaces with very different dimensions and characteristics.
The 29.3x29.3 and 30x30 formats recover a compact and balanced module. They are suitable for bathrooms, kitchens, smaller spaces and compositions where the presence of grout joints forms part of the design. Their square proportions introduce order and make it possible to coordinate floor and wall surfaces through a simple geometry.
The 29.3x59.3 and 30x60 formats introduce a more dynamic rectangular layout. Their elongated proportions follow the lines of the travertine and can visually direct the surface. They may be installed horizontally to make a wall appear wider or aligned with the main axis of the floor to emphasise depth.
The 60x120 format offers a more architectural scale and reduces visual fragmentation. It is particularly versatile for living rooms, large bathrooms, kitchens, entrance halls, terraces and commercial projects. Its proportions allow the linear graphic of Paris to be appreciated with greater continuity.
The 80x180 large format develops the most monumental version of the collection. Fewer joints and the generous size of each piece create continuous, elegant surfaces with a strong architectural presence. It is suitable for contemporary homes, hotel communal areas, shops and projects where the ceramic surface is intended to become an essential part of the architecture.
Paris Blanco presents a pale background crossed by soft veins and layers. It is not a flat or cold white, but a mineral surface enriched with delicate variations that add depth and natural character. This shade supports bright interiors and visually expansive outdoor spaces.
In smaller formats, Blanco creates detailed floors and walls suitable for bathrooms, kitchens and compact spaces. In 60x120 and 80x180, the same colour acquires a more continuous and architectural appearance. The travertine lines extend across broader surfaces and contribute to calm, refined interiors.
Paris Blanco combines with pale timber, beige stone, white furniture, black or chrome fittings, steel, glass and neutral fabrics. Planting and coloured details stand out against its background without competing with the design of the surface.
Paris Natural is closer to the most recognisable shade of travertine. Its beige, cream and sandy tones create a warm surface that coordinates naturally with timber, woven fibres, limestone, earth colours and dark metals.
In 30x30 and 30x60 formats, Natural can be used in bathrooms, kitchens and circulation areas where a more traditional scale is preferred. In 60x120, the stone effect gains continuity. In 80x180, the colour becomes an architectural envelope capable of covering large floor and wall surfaces with an elegant and unified appearance.
This version works in both Mediterranean and contemporary projects. The warmth of the colour balances straight architectural lines, large glazed openings and minimalist furniture, preventing the space from appearing overly cold.
The Paris-R 29.3x29.3 and Paris 30x30 formats offer a restrained scale that adapts well to smaller spaces, fragmented surfaces and rooms where the visibility of the joints forms part of the overall design. Their square geometry creates an ordered grid and supports balanced floor layouts.
The 29.3x29.3 format has rectified edges, while 30x30 provides a more traditional nominal size. This difference makes it possible to select the tile best suited to the type of project, installation system and intended appearance.
Both formats are available in Blanco and Natural and include standard and R10 versions. This allows conventional interior surfaces to be coordinated with areas requiring greater anti-slip performance.
The Paris-R 29.3x59.3 and Paris 30x60 formats are among the most versatile options in the collection. Their rectangular proportions suit bathrooms, kitchens, corridors, homes, shops and hospitality interiors.
Horizontal installation visually increases the width of a wall and follows the linear direction of the graphic. Vertical installation emphasises height and creates a more dynamic effect. On floors, the pieces can be directed along the main axis of the room to guide the eye.
Blanco creates light and bright compositions. Natural introduces warmth and a stronger connection with stone. The R10 versions allow the same format and colour to be maintained in areas requiring a specific anti-slip finish.
The Paris-R 60x120 format enlarges the reading of the travertine and reduces the visual presence of joints. Its rectangular surface allows the veins, colour transitions and layered structure of the collection to be appreciated more clearly.
It can be used as flooring in living rooms, kitchens, entrance halls, bathrooms and commercial interiors. It can also be installed on walls, creating broad surfaces where the stone effect acts as a continuous architectural envelope.
Paris-R 60x120 is available in Blanco and Natural in both standard and R10 finishes. This variety supports continuity between different areas of a project while retaining the same design and adapting the finish to the requirements of each space.
The Paris-R 80x180 format represents the largest scale within the collection. Its length makes it possible to cover substantial surfaces with fewer joints and to create compositions where the travertine takes on a more monumental appearance.
On floors, it creates a sense of openness and continuity. On walls, it transforms the surface into a strong architectural feature. It is suitable for living rooms, open-plan daytime spaces, bedrooms, reception areas, hotels, shops and contemporary residential projects.
The Blanco and Natural options allow the large format to be adapted to bright or warmer environments. It is also available in an R10 finish, expanding its suitability for areas requiring enhanced anti-slip characteristics.
The main formats in the collection are available in Paris R10 versions. This finish retains the travertine effect, the Blanco and Natural colours and the same dimensional variety, while providing greater anti-slip performance than the standard version.
R10 may be considered for certain kitchens, bathrooms, entrance areas, covered terraces, commercial interiors and spaces occasionally exposed to moisture. The final choice should be based on the intended use, slope, type of traffic and applicable regulations.
The possibility of using the same collection in standard and R10 finishes simplifies the creation of coordinated projects. Dry areas can retain a smoother surface, while zones requiring greater grip use the corresponding alternative without changing the overall appearance.
Paris XTRA 60x120 is the 20 mm thick version developed for outdoor spaces. It is available in Blanco and Natural and features an R11 anti-slip finish, class C and CTE 3 classification.
Its greater thickness and specific surface make it suitable for terraces, patios, gardens, swimming pool areas and other outdoor applications, always according to the installation system, expected loads and technical conditions of the project.
The 60x120 format retains the linear elegance of travertine and provides continuity across open surfaces. Blanco creates bright and refined exteriors. Natural forms a warmer relationship with the landscape, planting and Mediterranean architecture.
The variety of Paris finishes makes it possible to develop visual continuity between indoor and outdoor spaces. The same colour can be used in the living room, extended towards the terrace and adapted to the requirements of each area through the use of standard, R10 or XTRA R11 finishes.
This approach is particularly effective in homes with large glazed openings, kitchens opening onto gardens and living rooms connected to terraces. Colour continuity reduces visual boundaries and helps the exterior feel like a natural extension of the home.
The surface does not need to be technically identical in every space. The aim is to preserve the travertine appearance while adapting the product to the real requirements of each area.
The collection is completed by the Paris, Charonne, Defense and Passy mosaics. These compositions are not the principal formats of the range, but complementary elements designed to introduce changes in scale, geometry and texture.
Paris mosaic develops a regular grid. Charonne uses elongated pieces to create a directional appearance. Defense introduces a stronger and more architectural geometry. Passy offers a dynamic and decorative pattern.
All are available in Blanco and Natural, with standard and R10 versions. They can be used in showers, niches, washbasin areas, decorative zones, spas, kitchens and surfaces where a smaller module is required.
The range includes coordinated skirting tiles in different sizes, including 9.2x30, 9.2x29.3 rectified, 9.2x60 rectified and 9.2x80 rectified. These pieces finish the junction between floor and wall while retaining the same colour and stone effect.
The skirting tile protects the lower part of the wall and creates a more uniform finish. The choice of different lengths makes coordination with the principal formats easier.
Paris includes step treads and gradone pieces in dimensions linked to the main formats. Options are available for 29.3x29.3, 30x30, 29.3x59.3, 30x60, 33x120 and 33x180.
These pieces extend the travertine effect across interior and exterior staircases while maintaining continuity with the flooring. The manufacturer also offers versions with or without a ribbed notch and angle options.
The appropriate stair piece should be chosen according to the geometry of the staircase, flooring format, edge type and safety requirements of the project.
The Paris XTRA version includes a range of special pieces for swimming pools. These include grilles, corner grilles, Top pieces, internal and external corners, and different dimensions for 60 and 120 cm sections.
These components resolve pool copings, edges, drainage channels and complex junctions while preserving the same Blanco or Natural colour. Their presence avoids introducing visually unrelated materials in the most prominent areas around the pool.
The selection should be made from the exact plan of the pool, the dimensions of the drainage channel and the arrangement of the corners. Each piece has a specific purpose and should be calculated separately.
In bathrooms, Paris allows several scales to be combined within one range. A 60x120 tile can cover the main walls, while 30x60 or 30x30 can be used in smaller areas. Mosaics can highlight the shower, a niche or the wall behind the basin.
Blanco supports bright, minimalist bathrooms. Natural creates a warmer and more relaxing atmosphere. Combining the two colours makes it possible to distinguish separate areas while remaining within the same mineral design language.
The R10 versions broaden the options in areas exposed to moisture, although the final selection should always be adapted to the specific conditions of the project.
Paris can be used as flooring, splashback material or a decorative wall finish in kitchens. The 30x60 and 60x120 formats are particularly versatile, while 80x180 creates broad surfaces with a high degree of continuity.
Paris Blanco combines with pale furniture, timber, grey and black. Paris Natural works with cream cabinetry, oak, beige worktops and dark finishes. Mosaics can introduce greater detail in a selected area without changing the overall palette.
The 60x120 and 80x180 formats support continuous flooring in living rooms, dining areas and open-plan spaces. The linear direction of the travertine follows the architecture and helps guide the eye through the room.
Blanco enhances brightness and provides a neutral base. Natural introduces warmth and strengthens the relationship with timber, fabrics and earth-toned furniture. In both cases, the design adds depth without dominating the decoration.
The R10 and XTRA R11 versions make it possible to extend the Paris aesthetic to outdoor spaces. Covered terraces, patios, porches and areas close to the garden can be coordinated with the interior through the same travertine effect.
The XTRA 60x120 format in 20 mm is especially relevant for projects requiring a thicker tile and an outdoor anti-slip surface. Installation, slopes and drainage should be technically defined before work begins.
The Paris collection includes enough formats to respond to hotel, restaurant and retail projects. Large formats provide continuity in reception areas and shared spaces. Medium sizes resolve bathrooms, corridors and service areas. Mosaics highlight bars, showers and decorative walls.
The coordination between Blanco and Natural allows different atmospheres to be created while maintaining the same identity. Anti-slip variants expand the possibilities for entrances, terraces and spaces exposed to moisture.
The Paris travertine-effect porcelain tile collection by Vives is not based on one isolated size or a group of mosaics alone. It is a complete range including 29.3x29.3, 30x30, 29.3x59.3, 30x60, 60x120 and 80x180 formats, together with Paris XTRA 60x120 in 20 mm.
Its Blanco and Natural colours are offered in different finishes for interiors, areas requiring greater slip resistance and outdoor spaces. Mosaics, skirting tiles, step treads, gradone pieces and special swimming pool components complete the system and make it possible to resolve surfaces, staircases, finishing details and drainage areas.
This breadth makes Paris suitable for homes, bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, terraces, swimming pools, hotels, restaurants and shops. Its value lies in the possibility of maintaining one consistent stone language throughout the project while adapting format, thickness and finish to the specific requirements of each space.
