The Keros Modula Portobello 100x100 matt stone effect porcelain tile is a modular composition designed to create flooring with a natural and mineral aesthetic by combining several tile sizes within the same module.
The collection is available in Portobello Ivory, Portobello Silver and Portobello Taupe, all offered in both standard and Antislip versions, allowing the same aesthetic to be maintained across indoor spaces and areas where enhanced slip-resistant performance is required.
The Modula 100x100 designation does not refer to a single 100x100 cm tile. It is a composition made up of different pieces which, when laid together, form a complete one-square-metre module.
Each box contains 2 pieces of 50x50 cm, 2 pieces of 25x50 cm and 4 pieces of 25x25 cm, for a total of eight pieces covering 1 m².
The combination of different formats is one of the main characteristics of Modula Portobello.
The 50x50, 25x50 and 25x25 cm pieces are combined to create flooring with greater visual movement than a surface laid exclusively with a single tile size.
Each box of Modula Portobello is prepared to form a complete 100x100 cm module and cover exactly 1 m².
This means that all the formats required to create the characteristic modular composition of the collection are supplied together in the same box.
The Modula Portobello collection is available in three tones: Portobello Ivory, Portobello Silver and Portobello Taupe.
This range makes it possible to adapt the stone effect aesthetic to brighter, more neutral or warmer projects while maintaining the same modular design.
Modula Portobello Ivory offers a light and bright tone particularly suitable for interiors where a greater sense of space and a natural, calm base are desired.
It works particularly well with light wood, white, beige, sand tones, natural fibres and Mediterranean-inspired furniture.
Modula Portobello Silver offers a greyer and more contemporary interpretation of the stone effect.
Its aesthetic makes it suitable for minimalist, industrial or urban interiors and combines particularly well with black, white, wood, anthracite grey and metallic finishes.
Modula Portobello Taupe develops a warmer and more earthy tone, particularly suitable for creating welcoming spaces.
It can be combined with wood, beige, cream, earth tones and natural-looking surfaces to create balanced and warm interiors.
The standard Modula Portobello versions make it possible to use the modular composition indoors where stone effect flooring with greater visual richness is desired.
It can be used in living rooms, kitchens, entrance areas, dining rooms and circulation spaces while maintaining a coherent aesthetic across different areas of the home.
All three colours in the collection are also available in Antislip versions: Portobello Ivory Antislip, Portobello Silver Antislip and Portobello Taupe Antislip.
These versions maintain the same modular composition and allow the Portobello aesthetic to be extended to areas where a surface with greater grip is required.
Keros classifies the Modula Portobello Antislip versions as Class 3 and R11.
These characteristics make the Antislip version particularly suitable for terraces, porches, access areas and selected spaces where water may be present.
The availability of standard and Antislip versions makes Modula Portobello suitable for projects where the same aesthetic is required across different areas.
The standard version can be used indoors and visually continued with the Antislip version on terraces, porches or other areas where greater grip is required.
In living rooms, the Keros Modula Portobello porcelain tile creates a surface with greater movement and personality than conventional single-format flooring.
The modular composition adds visual richness to the space and allows the floor to become an important part of the overall decoration.
The stone aesthetic and variety of tones make Modula Portobello suitable for kitchens with different styles.
It can be combined with white, beige, grey, black or wood furniture and can maintain continuity between the kitchen, dining room and living room in open-plan projects.
The combination of different formats makes Modula Portobello a particularly decorative choice for entrance areas and hallways.
The floor gains greater visual presence and helps create spaces with personality from the moment you enter the home.
The Antislip versions make it possible to use the modular composition on terraces where a stone effect aesthetic is desired together with enhanced slip-resistant performance.
The modular design also gives the outdoor surface a more decorative character than conventional single-format flooring.
Porches are particularly suitable spaces for this type of modular flooring.
Combining it with wood, stone, light walls and outdoor furniture makes it possible to create natural spaces with a strong visual connection to Mediterranean architecture.
The Ivory and Taupe tones work especially well in Mediterranean-inspired projects where warm and natural materials predominate.
Combining the stone aesthetic with the modular composition creates a more elaborate and traditional appearance while maintaining a contemporary image.
Portobello Silver makes it possible to bring the modular concept into projects with a more contemporary and architectural character.
Combined with clean lines, metal, wood and minimalist furniture, it creates a particularly attractive contrast between the traditional modular flooring composition and a modern interior.
Wood is one of the materials that works best with the Modula Portobello stone effect.
The mineral character of the flooring is balanced by the warmth of the wood, creating welcoming and visually coherent interiors.
White, cream, beige and sand tones work especially well with Portobello Ivory and Taupe.
These combinations enhance brightness and are particularly suitable for Mediterranean interiors and naturally inspired projects.
Black, anthracite grey and metallic finishes help reinforce the contemporary character of Portobello Silver.
The contrast between the modular composition and darker elements can be used to create more architectural and modern interiors.
Keros indicates level 5 stain resistance for the Modula Portobello versions.
This performance complements the practical character of a collection designed to combine a stone effect aesthetic with everyday use.
The manufacturer also specifies GA-GLA-GHA chemical resistance for the Modula Portobello references.
These characteristics complement a porcelain surface designed for different residential and commercial projects.
The Keros Modula Portobello stone effect porcelain tile makes it possible to achieve the appearance of flooring made with different tile sizes through a contemporary ceramic solution.
The combination of 50x50, 25x50 and 25x25 cm pieces creates a more dynamic, decorative and visually rich surface than single-format flooring.
The Keros Modula Portobello 100x100 matt stone effect porcelain tile is particularly suitable for customers looking for natural, versatile modular flooring with strong personality.
Available in Portobello Ivory, Portobello Silver and Portobello Taupe, with standard and Antislip Class 3 R11 versions, each box contains 2 pieces of 50x50, 2 pieces of 25x50 and 4 pieces of 25x25 cm to form a complete 100x100 cm and 1 m² module.
